CHICKEN SUPREME — $18/$34

Chicken stuffed with prosciutto and white cheddar cheese served with a creamy white sauce, vegetables and wild grain rice.

One portion: $18 / Two portions: $34
Order fresh or frozen.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Defrost chicken and sauce.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  3. Place chicken in a roasting pan and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165° F.
  4. Heat sauce on stove top until hot.
  5. Microwave rice and vegetables separately for 1-2 minutes until hot.

Cod En Papillote — $16/$30

Savory cod steamed in parchment paper topped with aioli, served with wild rice, and vegetables.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Defrost cod, rice and vegetables.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  3. Sprinkle pre-packaged spices evenly on cod.
  4. Place cod in the parchment bag, place butter on top of cod and fold the bag closed.
  5. Place cod on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Microwave rice and vegetables separately for 1-2 minutes until hot.
  7. Top fish with aioli or serve on the side.

MAC & Cheese — $12.50/$24

Creamy homemade macaroni and cheese topped with a crispy breading.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Defrost noodles and sauce.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  3. Mix noodles with sauce.
  4. Sprinkle an even layer of breading on top of mac & cheese.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  6. Layer your mac cheese with sour cream and provolone cheese or soft white cheese as an added bonus.

LASAGNA ROLLS — $14/$26

Rolled lasagna noodles stuffed with herb ricotta cheese and topped with a hearty meat sauce.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  2. From fresh, cook for 25-35 minutes.
  3. From frozen, cook for 35-40 minutes.

Whiskey BBQ Ribs — $16/$30

Ribs cooked in a homemade whiskey BBQ sauce served with vegetables and your choice of potatoes or rice.

One portion: $16 / Two portions: $30
Order fresh or frozen, please note that potatoes only come fresh.

Cooking instructions: 

  1. Defrost ribs, sauce, vegetables and rice.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  3. Coat ribs in BBQ sauce and place in a roasting pan.
  4. Cover the roasting pan with tin foil or a lid.
  5. Cook ribs for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Cook potatoes in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes with or separately from the ribs.
  7. Microwave vegetables and rice separately for 1-2 minutes until hot.

Cauliflower Wings — $23

Cauliflower wings baked and tossed in your choice of hot, medium, mild, spicy Thai, BBQ or honey garlic sauce. Please note, this recipe requires milk or buttermilk.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix dry mixture with ¾ cup of milk or buttermilk.
  3. Add the cauliflower bits to the mixture and coat each piece evenly.
  4. Bake for 22 minutes on one side, flip and bake for an additional 22 minutes.
  5. Toss in sauce and serve.

Irish Stew — $12.50/$24

Hearty and savory Irish inspired stew served with our signature Newfie biscuits.

  2. Reheat on stove top until hot.
  3. Heat biscuit in the oven at 325° F for 5-8 minutes or microwave until warm.

  3. Place the pinwheels laying flat on parchment lined paper or a greased tray.

  1. Please order through our SLICE online ordering form.
  2. Offline orders can be processed on Thursdays between 2pm and 4pm.
  3. Orders placed before Friday can be picked up or delivered the following Wednesday.
  4. Payments can be made by e-transfer to thecrossingpub@gmail.com or by Visa or Mastercard by phone before pickup.
  5. Staff will follow up with you to confirm ordering details.
