Turpin’s Trail & Jess Wedden: Live Show $30
Turpin's Trail brings together three veterans of Kingston's music scene. They have shared the stage with the likes of David Francey, Sarah Harmer, Ron Hynes, J.P. Cormier, Fred Eaglesmith, Leahy, and the Masterless Men.
Accompanying them is fiddler, singer and songwriter Jess Wedden. In the short time Jess has been in the industry, she has earned national recognition as a 2016 and 2018 Canadian Folk Music Award nominee and became a 2018 Canadian Songwriting Competition semi-finalist. It's no surprise that she received a standing ovation from Ashley MacIsaac at the Festival of Small Halls Ontario.
Rum Ragged: Live Show $45
2021 JUNO Award Nominee Rum Ragged take a bold approach to the distinct folk music of their Newfoundland home. With a reverence for their roots and a creative, contemporary edge, they have quickly become known as the finest performers of their great, living, musical tradition.
Since their inception in 2016, Rum Ragged has maintained a rigorous tour schedule, performing at some of the world’s premier folk, celtic and roots venues all while managing to record four acclaimed, award-winning studio albums.
